Junk art - looks quiet fun eh? Junk art is when (for lack of a better word),

junk is used to make interesting pieces of art. This can range from anything

the artist believes to be junk, and useful in creating a bigger picture. Instead

of my giving you a history lesson I will list below some amazing facts about

junk art! Get ready...

• A movement for junk art was made in the 1950's along with Funk art and Pop art

• Usually the pieces used in this art are worthless and unwanted

• Junk turning into art streams solely from the artists composition

• Junk art can use ANY item (pots, nails, trash bags, etc)

  Junk art truly is amazing and I would totally be interested in making my own pieces of art. It is a beautiful concept in itself, that one can turn worthless items into gold. Many pieces of junk art are so extravagant that at first glance you do not even recognize that the materials used are in fact junk.
